Clemson University Vehicular Electronics LaboratoryLocated in the Carroll A. Campbell Jr. Graduate Engineering Center on the campus of the Clemson University International Center for Automotive Research. The new lab features a 28' x 20' x 18' RF semi-anechoic chamber for making electromagnetic emission and susceptibility measurements. The center also has a full-vehicle 4WD chassis dynamometer, 500 HP engine dynamometer, a full-vehicle dual-arm CMM, and a 7-post road simulator in an environmental chamber. |
Support Staff
The technical support staff consists of a research engineer with more than 20 years of on- and off-road automotive testing experience and three engineering technicians with 60-plus years of combined industry experience. The technical staff skill-set includes machining, mechanics, electronics, instrumentation, servo-hydraulics and measurements/data acquisition.
