Steve Hung joined the department in October 2007. His research and teaching interests lie in the area of system development and integration methods with emphases on transportation-related mechatronic applications. He is a member of the Society of Automotive Engineers and the Institute for Electrical and Electronics Engineers. Dr. Hung received his BSEE from the University of Tennessee in 1983, his MS from the University of Illinois in 1985 and his Ph.D. from the University of Illinois in 1989.
